A: Sorry! We are not currently contracted or affiliated with any surgical center or post-op facility. We are an independent company which gives you maximum flexibility for your medical transportation needs.
Q: Do you accept health insurance?
A: No. Since we are transportation for what insurers would deem "elective procedures" our transportation service is also not covered by medical insurance.
Q: Are packages customizable?
A: Yes, pick 3 or more individual services and receive $25 off!
Q: Why is the transportation so expensive? Wouldn't it be cheaper to call a ride share?
A: While it could be cheaper for a ride share, we know from experience that often cosmetic surgery patients are denied rides for liability reasons. With us you are paying for professional care by trained staff. We are your designated driver! We are there when surgical team calls to say that you are in recovery. We wait for you during your pre-op and post -op visits. We have equipped our transport to accommodate those that need to lay down.
Q: What there is a medical emergency during my transport?
A: We got you! We will take you to the nearest hospital. However, we are not responsible for any incurred medical expenses or medical treatment received. We will not charge additional for the medical transport, but you also will not be refunded for your original trip.
